I remember my parents taking so many photos of my sister and I growing up, of all the milestones you could think of. I loved looking back at young Taylor and all the ups and downs and in between's. I also remember the look of heartbreak on my mom's face when she told me that our computer crashed, failed, and with it went all of our childhood memories. All we had were little diy projects from preschool with a printed out photo in it. A thanksgiving turkey hand with a photo of me with my parents laughing. It was then that I realized the importance of printing photos, and that busy and loving moms need someone to take this task off their plates. Thus, the TWP experience was born!
Through this luxury portrait experience, I have had the honor of helping tons of moms get their most treasured memories off their hard drives and computers and turned into tangible heirloom pieces they can enjoy everyday, and keep in their family for generations!
I'm so glad you're here! I am a wife, dog mama, and owner of Taylor White Photography, which is almost 5 years old! I am a newborn, family, and motherhood photographer based in Spokane, also serving Coeur d'Alene and surrounding areas. I work with sentimental and busy moms who are ready for a full service, laid back experience of luxury so they can enjoy printed artwork and forever memories.
As a full service photographer in Spokane, I provide wardrobe for mamas and babies, as well as recommendations for hair and makeup services, and I help fully plan out a session that feels in alignment with who you are. After your effortless session, I’ll work to create custom designs of framed wall galleries and heirloom albums that will be treasured for a lifetime and beyond! I want your walls to be filled with the precious memories you cherish with your family, and I can’t wait to help you do this!
is a typical day in the tropical paradise that I called “home.” And like many kids, I dreamed of a “White Christmas.” Yes, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii is where I grew up where our annual snowfall is “0” inches and fun in the sun and sand is enjoyed year-round. I miss my island home and family, everyday! I also love the four seasons and have made the PNW my forever home. What do you most love about living in the PNW?
Spokane is where I’ve lived for the past several years after attending undergraduate and graduate school where I received my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and opened my private practice. When I'm not working (though lets be honest - photography is both my career and my hobby), I'm exploring new restaurants, visiting the lake, and sipping coffee at a shop.
was an important chapter of my story for three long years. One of the hardest and best parts of my life, I am grateful to have overcome the challenge. Life is very sweet with my now-husband, originally an Oregonian - and our little puppy, Daisy. Michael is the love of my life, my best friend, my prince-charming, and sometimes, my second-shooter and assistant. I hope you get to meet my amazing hubby one day.
And, finally... I must confess that coffee is the way to my heart because coffee usually goes with a splash of cream, some laughter, and great conversation. Let's talk about all of your wedding day dreams over a cup of coffee - my treat! I look forward to getting to know you.
